The Swedish Securities Council

Through statements, advice and information, the Swedish Securities Council (Aktiemarknadsnämnden) promotes good practices in the Swedish stock market.

One of the tasks of the Council is to issue statements regarding interpretation of the Code on request.

The Council interprets, and grant dispensations from, the Takeover Rules.
