The Code

As of 1 July 2008, The Swedish Corporate Governance Code is applicable to all Swedish companies whose shares are traded on a regulated market in Sweden. At present, these markets are Nasdaq OMX Stockholm and NGM Equity.

A revised Code entered into force on 1 February 2010.
