The Swedish Corporate Governance Code

The applicable Code consists of the revised version of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, which came into force on 1 July 2008 (the "Revised Code 2008"), and all Instructions subsequently issued by the Swedish Corporate Governance Board  (Instruction 2009:1 is currently only available in Swedish).

A new revised Code came into force on 1 February 2010 (the "Revised Code 2010"), which during a transition period will be applicable alongside with the Revised Code 2008 in accordance with the applicable transitional provisions ("Transitional Provisions 2010").
