The revised Code 2010

The Swedish Corporate Governance Board implemented a further set of modifications to the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, with new rules on remuneration and director independence as well as changes to the rules concerning audit committees. The new Code came into force on 1 February 2010. The new rules on independence and remuneration, however, do not need to be applied until 1 July.
