The principals of the board

The Swedish Corporate Governance Board is one of the four constituent parts of the Association for Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market, (Föreningen för god sed på värdepappersmarknaden), which is a collective body for self-regulation of the Swedish corporate sector. The Association was set up by a number of business organizations to create an overall structure for self-regulation of the corporate sector. The other constituent bodies of the Association are the Swedish Securities Council, (Aktiemarknadsnämnden); the Swedish Accounting Standards Board, (Nämnden för svensk redovisningstillsyn);  and the Swedish Financial Reporting Board, (Rådet för finansiell rapportering).
